Overlays and Concrete Topping

Seacoast Concrete offers a few different options with our overlay services.

Critical Leveling is for floors that are not level and you need a level surface. We have installed critical level floors for jobs where low tolerance hardwood flooring is getting installed.

Basic Self Leveling is a 1/4” to 1/2” topping on top of an existing concrete substrate that needs a fresh floor. Moisture mitigating epoxies can be installed under self levelers to ensure keeping moisture out of a slab surface. The topping cement can then be sealed, stained and sealed, or polished, depending on the desired finish of the newly installed floor.
